Everything is in full flow for this year's entry into the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show which takes place this July.

The concept is based around the human mind and thought process. Hopefully it will please the public and judges alike.

Looking forward to sharing some sneak peeks over the coming months.

The Pansy Project Garden @ RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2010

The above slide show reveals the progress of Tom Harfleet's current Conceptual Garden design being shown at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2010 which is a first time collaboration with brother Paul Harfleet; the garden reflects the work of The Pansy Project, an ongoing conceptual artwork initiated by the artist five years ago to memorialise homophobic hate crime. The confrontational shattered structure is created from slabs of concrete placed at extreme gradients and underplanted with 4,000 pansies. The sculpture is a metaphoric reflection on the disruptive nature of homophobic hate crime on contemporary society, and The Pansy Project’s resistance to it.
